  • Orders placed on weekends or Canadian statutory holidays are processed on the following business day.

Shipping Methods & Fees

  • Standard Shipping (US and Canada): 7-14 business days; flat rate calculated at checkout.
  • Express Shipping (US and Canada): 1-3 business days; expedited fees apply.
  • International Shipping: delivery times and fees vary by destination; calculated at checkout.
  • Free Standard Shipping on Canadian orders over $100, excluding remote areas and oversized parcels.

Order Tracking

  • Customers receive tracking information via email once orders are shipped.
  • Tracking is provided by major carriers such as Canada Post, UPS, or FedEx.

Delays and Exceptions
